Family time is indeed a great time. You gather around and do activities together that strengthens your family bond. There are many activities you can do together with your family. Whatever activity you choose to do, the whole day becomes a memorable one for years to come.

The bigger the family, the more fun the activity gets as too many people chiming in introduces chaos, but a rather pleasant kind. After the Pandemic hit all of us, most of us are staying at home, and this calls for creating fun activities that you can do with your family to make your quarantine bearable and memorable.

1. Organize Photo Albums

Remember your childhood photos? Well, you can take a walk down memory lane and look at those adorable photos with your family. Getting to reminisce about old times is a good way to spend some quality time with the family.

2. Watch Home Movies

Now, who wouldn’t love doing this? You clearly wouldn’t remember when you took your first steps. But thankfully, it must be on video. So, gather around and watch old home movies to visit some good memories again.

3. Get Gardening Together

If you have a backyard or a lawn, you’ll have quite the fun doing this with your family. It gives you the space to have quality conversations while also getting some sun in the process. Gardening is considered a very healthy habit, so why not indulge in it? Plus, with your whole family helping out, your garden will be the talk of the town in no time!

4. Scavenger Hunt

This game is full of adventure and excitement. Hide treasures around the house and make clue cards. These cards should have hints that will give players a clue about where the next treasure is hidden. The first team to find all the clues wins the game.

5. Play Charades

This game can be chaotic as everyone chimes in while trying to guess what the player is acting out. From acting out a scene to imitating a person, charades is a fun game that offers bursts of laughter. All in all, a great way to spend some quality time together.  

6. Outdoor Movie Night

This requires you to have an outside space of some sort. Whether a small garden or a lawn, you can arrange a projector and have your whole family gather around. Play a movie of your choice and enjoy some tasty treats under the starry night sky.

You don’t have to be Picasso. But painting or drawing – creating art of some sort is both creative and productive while also ensuring you have a great time with your family.
